This is a moderate trek. You should be in good health and comfortable walking 5-6 hours a day on uneven, sometimes steep paths.
Bring sturdy hiking boots, layers (it gets cold at night), sun protection, a reusable water bottle, and a daypack. Your main luggage will be carried by mules.
