I am Mohamed Fadli and I come from a mountainous region in the south of Morocco, more precisely, from Ait Youl. Ait Youl is seen as the doorway into the mountains of Djebel Saghro: a range of mountains which for a long time has welcomed tourists in search of the absolute calm and relaxation. Since 1992 I have worked as a muleteer with tourists. I have carried their provisions for the bivouac and I have fallen in love with the atmosphere in the mountains and also with each group of tourists.I have a great feeling of nostalgia for the time spent in the Atlas Mountains. As from 2004 I left my region and came to live in Marrakech.I am still very keen on finding work with tourists and it is because of that, that I came into contact with a tourist agency which specializes in different types of journeys all over Morocco (the desert, the mountains, the towns, the coast…etc). This inspired me to get to know the wonderful Moroccan beauty spots better and then to show them to tourists. That is how I took the initiative to begin this project myself in order to be of help to the tourists, having heard that the service given by big agencies was not always up to their standard. I have always enjoyed working with tourists with whom I share the pleasure of adventure, of discovery and of the wonderful atmosphere.
